Scope of application:

        It is used to promote the dissolution of rust and siliceous scale when used in various boilers, water cooling or water heating jackets, heat exchangers and other heat exchange equipment for pickling and descaling. Improve the descaling rate and the cleaning rate of rust scale silicon scale.

Performance characteristics:

        Catalyzing the activation energy of the scale-dissolving reaction, accelerating the reaction speed of the rust and siliceous scale with the cleaning agent, and significantly improving the dissolution efficiency of the cleaning agent on the silicon scale and the rust oxide.

        Strongly softens and disperses the hard scale layer, making the hard scale soft and brittle, easily dispersed by the water flow or airflow and dispersed in the cleaning liquid, improving the equipment washing rate.

Instructions:

        Dosage: Add 2~4kg of this product to each pickling solution during pickling.

       Usage: Dissolve the product with a small amount of water, add it to the mixing tank and mix it evenly, or directly add it to the mixing tank to stir and dissolve. Fill the equipment to be cleaned with a circulating pump and clean it according to the determined cleaning process.

Packaging and storage:

2kg/bag, 25kg/carton. Store in a cool dry place. Agglomeration does not affect performance and is valid for two years.
